For firearm transfers
I charge $20 per firearm and WA State Sales tax (purchase price or value per www.dor.wa.gov/Content/GetAFormOrPublication/PublicationBySubject/TaxTopics/FirearmTransfers.aspx ) for transfers.  Email your contact info, the sellers, contact info, and what it is you are purchasing.  I will email a copy of my license to the seller, when the firearm gets here I will contact you.  For long guns and handguns with a WA CWP, I can perform the background check and with a “Proceed”, you can take delivery.  For handguns with out a CWP, we fill out the paperwork, mail it to the law enforcement agency of your jurisdiction, and they perform the background check (can take up to ten days).  When they give me the proceed, you come and pick up the firearm.
